Crossmint, Astar, and Hakuhodo KEY3 collaborate to boost Web3 adoption in Japan

News RoomBy News RoomMarch 26, 2024No Comments2 Mins Read

Crossmint, a Web3 development platform renowned for collaborating with global brands like Microsoft (MSFT), Etihad Airways, Johnnie Walker, and AC Milan, is teaming up with Astar and Hakuhodo KEY3 to accelerate the adoption of Web3 technologies among Japan’s largest enterprises, as per the information shared with Finbold on March 25.

The collaboration relies on Crossmint’s impressive track record and developer tools to integrate seamlessly with the Astar blockchain, which recently launched its zkEVM with over 50 projects already onboarded.

With the establishment of Hakuhodo Key3, dedicated to developing and promoting Web3 services for the largest Japanese enterprises on the Astar blockchain, the stage is set for continued progress in the country’s digital landscape.

    Cultivating a robust digital economy

Crossmint simplifies the integration process with Astar by offering significant cost savings for enterprises and a user-friendly experience for end-users.

By providing easy-to-use APIs, Crossmint enables true digital ownership and interoperability without the usual complexities associated with Web3 technologies.

This collaboration is well-poised to complement the Japanese government’s national strategy to cultivate a robust digital economy, emphasizing the importance of non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and stablecoins.

To further bolster Web3 presence in Japan, Crossmint is expanding its team and actively seeking a business developer to lead its market strategy in the region, underscoring its commitment to growth and innovation within Japan’s ever-evolving digital landscape.
