Cardano (ADA) founder Charles Hoskinson has announced plans for a series of high-level political engagements aimed at advancing the discussion around cryptocurrency regulation and policy.

In a recent speech, Hoskinson highlighted the importance of engaging with lawmakers and government officials to shape the future of crypto in the United States.

Hoskinson announced that Cardano will be sending a 10-person delegation to the upcoming presidential inauguration. “They will have a chance to meet with the cabinet,” Hoskinson said, noting that key members of his team, including Joel (Chief Legal Officer), Cynthia (Policy Lead), and JJ (Chief of Staff), will be attending.

Beyond the inauguration, Hoskinson announced plans to establish a Senate-side crypto hearing, an initiative aimed at fostering dialogue with lawmakers and exploring legal frameworks that could impact the crypto industry.

Hoskinson also talked about upcoming meetings with prominent figures such as David Sacks, a renowned tech entrepreneur and investor, and Bo Hines, a former congressional candidate.
