Hex Trust, a prominent platform for virtual asset staking, custody, and market activities, has announced the release of HT Markets MENA. Hex Trust’s HT Markets MENA in Dubai aims to provide fiat on/off-ramp operations within Dubai’s jurisdiction, letting accredited and institutional investors access the regulated and secure digital asset market. The platform disclosed this development in its recent statement.

Hex Trust Expands Services with HT Markets MENA Launch

Hex Trust pointed out that HT Markets MENA launch reflects a notable development. It reportedly provides on and off-ramp services to Dubai-based users for fiat currencies. However, it delivers the respective services to qualified individual investors and institutions. The minimum on-ramp threshold of the project for the respective services stands at AED 368,000 (nearly USD 100,000).

Hex Trust initially emerged in Dubai in 2022’s June in close cooperation with the Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA). Hence, it focused on aligning with the region’s forward-thinking approach concerning investments in digital assets. The company now possesses 3 Virtual Asset Service Provider licenses under VARA. They encompass custodial services, investment management in line with HT Market MENA FZE, and broker-dealer capabilities.

Dubai’s Supportive Government and Progressive Regulations Back the Endeavor

Filippo Buzzi, Regional Director of Hex Trust for MENA, commented on this development. The official mentioned that the platform sees a massive potential for the growth of virtual assets in Dubai. Buzzi attributes this to the flourishing crypto market, Dubai’s supportive government, and progressive regulations in the region.

According to Hex Trust, HT Markets MENA provides 24/7 support for trading, over-the-counter solutions, risk management, deep liquidity, and fiat on/off-ramp solutions. With these services, the platform solidifies Dubai’s status as an innovation hub for the overall virtual asset landscape.
