Outlier Ventures, in collaboration with the Celo ecosystem and supported by Defactor, proudly announces the six innovative startups selected for the Real World Assets (RWA) Base Camp accelerator program. The RWA Base Camp is a Web3 accelerator program aimed at fostering the development of early-stage Web3 founders focused on tokenizing real-world assets across various industries.

The RWA Base Camp carefully selected six teams of leading early-stage startups focused on building products across financial assets and infrastructure. These teams are specifically dedicated to building a private credit DeFi lending platform, lending and borrowing secured by RWAs, stablecoin-based microloans based on social reputation, an RWA lending protocol addressing supply chain liquidity challenges, digital securities platforms for tokenized alternative investments, and an RWA perpetual and derivatives exchange.

Collectively, their mission is to revolutionize the accessibility, transparency, and efficiency of Real World Assets (RWAs) through blockchain technology and decentralized finance (DeFi).

The remote 12-week accelerator program includes workshops with subject matter experts from Outlier Ventures, mentorship from industry experts, and support from the Celo ecosystem and Defactor for participating teams.

Throughout the program, the teams will receive tailored support from Outlier Ventures’ in-house experts on vital areas, including their product roadmap, community building, entity structuring, and fundraising support. Leaders from the Celo Foundation and Defactor will also provide mentorship and support to meet each startup’s needs.
“At Outlier Ventures, we believe that integrating Real World Assets into Web3 infrastructure through tokenization is transformative. This cohort bridges traditional and decentralized finance, fostering innovation and shaping our future.”

Katie Lundie, Outlier Ventures’ RWA Accelerator Lead
The selected startups and their focus areas are as follows:

Credbull (United Arab Emirates & Singapore): Credbull specializes in high fixed-yield private credit solutions on stablecoins. They launched the first licensed on-chain private credit fund in April 2024, aiming to provide transparency and real-time strategy insights into private credit lending.

Credible Finance (India & Saudi Arabia): Credible offers lending and borrowing secured by real-world assets such as private credit, trade receivables, and tokenized assets. Their CeDeFi architecture includes a licensed network of lending institutions that onboard tokenized collateral and source global debt liquidity.

Haraka (USA & France): Haraka issues stablecoin-based microloans based on social reputation. This blockchain-based community credit protocol uses social reputation as collateral, connecting investors in tokenized private credit markets to entrepreneurs needing capital.

Isle Finance (Taiwan): Isle Finance addresses supply chain liquidity challenges through RWA DeFi solutions. They enhance security for liquidity providers by connecting with high-credit supply chain buyers, ensuring the authenticity and quality of underlying assets.

More Liquid (UK): More Liquid is a digital assets platform offering end-to-end services to asset managers. The platform facilitates fast, secure, and cost-efficient transactions by tokenizing funds through a network of asset managers.

Silver Koi (USA & Hong Kong): Silver Koi develops an RWA perpetuals protocol for professional traders, powered by a custom blockchain optimized for institutional trading. The team includes veterans from Google, Citadel Securities, Meta, and Amazon.

Mentorship and Support

Throughout the program, the teams will have direct access to a network of leading industry mentors and investors for future fundraising efforts. At the end of the program, a Demo Day will allow the startups to showcase their projects to potential investors and industry leaders.
“The RWA Base Camp is critical for projects seeking on-chain solutions to enhance financial access and reduce traditional barriers. The selected teams stood out as innovative leaders capable of driving the next wave of adoption.”

Isha Varshney, Celo Foundation Head of Ecosystem
Adam Bouktila, Co-founder of Defactor, added, “We are proud to mentor and guide the cohort. Tokenizing RWAs has transformative potential for the global financial system, and we aim to provide our technology and knowledge to all program members.”
