The developers of virtual horse racing game Photo Finish Live have teamed up with crypto casino and sportsbook BlockBet, enabling users of the site to wager with the game’s CROWN token.
CROWN, a token on the Solana blockchain, joins Solana, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bonk, and others as supported assets for wagering.
The partnership includes BlockBet becoming the first official simulcast partner of Photo Finish from developer Third Time Games, allowing users to watch and wager on the outcome of the platform’s virtual horse races that will be hosted around the clock on BlockBet.gg.
Additionally, the partnership calls for BlockBet to become the inaugural Photo Finish™ Simulcast partner. This game-changing step calls for the online sportsbook to offer live wagering on thousands of Photo Finish™ races taking place 24/7/365.

“Integrating Photo Finish simulcast wagering into BlockBet’s sportsbook is the first step in our strategic expansion into the sports wagering market,” said Third Time Games founder and CEO Ian Cummings, in a statement.
Photo Finish Live simulcasts have previously been used in partnership with NBC Sports, powering 3D simulations of the Kentucky Derby. The platform’s simulcast off-track betting app was also approved for use on Roku devices with a full product launch slated for later this year.
As part of the deal, BlockBet and Photo Finish Live are hosting a joint promotion, providing their respective tokens—CROWN and BLOCK—as rewards to top users wagering on virtual games.
CROWN is up 6.3% in the last 24 hours. At its current price below $0.17, the token trades nearly 92% off its all-time high price of $1.98.
BlockBet is a division of Blockasset, an official digital fan partner of the UFC. Its BLOCK token is down nearly 3% in the last 24 hours according to data from CoinGecko.
