ZNS Connect Collaborates with Linera to Offer Real-Time Web3 Identity Infrastructure

News RoomBy News RoomJune 12, 2025No Comments2 Mins Read

ZNS Connect, a well-known decentralized domain-name service (DNS) ID protocol, has announced its new partnership with Linera, a real-time L1 blockchain for hyper-connected dApps. The partnership aims to expand ZNS Connect’s compatibility beyond Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) into new horizons across the blockchain ecosystem. The platform disclosed this move on its official X account.

🧠 ZNS is moving beyond EVM.

    Yes, we’re building on @linera_io — the real-time L1 for hyper-connected apps.

ZNS Connect Expands Reach Beyond EVM in Partnership with Linera

ZNS Connect’s collaboration with Linera denotes its endeavors to expand its compatibility zone beyond EVM. The platform is popular for being a pioneer in offering Web3 identity infrastructure. Up till now, it has largely depended on the EVM-based ecosystem and supported networks such as Ethereum, Avalanche, and Polygon. Nonetheless, this partnership denotes a strategic shift, targeted at entering efficient infrastructure to permit dynamic and low-latency interactions

Apart from that, Linera delivers an exclusive architecture to permit each application or consumer to have its own separate microchain. This enables simultaneous execution and unparalleled real-time updates. Hence, with this, it becomes beneficial for ZNS in attaining its objective of offering scalable, composable, and verifiable solutions.

Bolstering Scalability and Performance to Drive Web3 Future

As per ZNS Connect, this diversification highlights a wider trend among infrastructure providers to increase their scalability and performance. It also takes into account the utilization of exclusive consensus mechanisms that can’t always be provided by EVM-compatible blockchains. In addition to this, amid the growing importance of the decentralized identity for dApp use cases, ZNS Connect’s latest expansion could make it a leading platform in driving the Web3 future.
